I’m Rich Munton, originally from New Zealand, and I now live in Orange County, California with my wife Dalisha and our four kids—Adeline, Ryker, Kora, and Kaia. Our family loves the outdoors, fitness and health, and serving our local church, Fearless LA. Together, we are committed to giving our whole lives to following Jesus and seeing His name made known around the world.
My Story
I spent 13 years in full-time ministry in downtown Los Angeles, serving in campus pastor and church leadership roles and leading outreaches on college campuses. During that time, God began to stir my heart for those who have never heard the name of Jesus. That calling eventually led me into the Himalayas, where I encountered unreached people groups hearing the Gospel for the very first time. Witnessing that reality firsthand changed everything for me.
Jesus Missions was born out of that moment. I realized how many believers are unaware that billions of people still live without access to the Gospel—despite Jesus’ command over 2,000 years ago to go to all nations. My heart is to bring awareness through storytelling and film, and to create clear, practical pathways for people to get involved in missions, because answering God’s call to go shouldn’t feel confusing or out of reach.
